Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over $130. Please know that this rate is a 5-7 day delivery time.

Shipping Time

Shipping time may vary. Depending when order was placed and what shipping rate was used. 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If we are experiencing a high volume orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay on your order, we will contact you via email.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@beyondgypsy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Wheres my package?

We are NOT responsible once a package is dropped off at the post office and when marked delivered.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping cost fees if address was not correct. 

WE DO NOT DO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AT THIS TIME.
